Acceptance

By using Ofuq you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. The app is operated by TrendQuest Global.

Free version and Ofuq Premium

Part of Ofuq is always free: the first station, your focus station, the community and the basic 90-day plan. The other stations, the AI coach and the development report are part of “Ofuq Premium”.

During the beta, Premium is activated only with a free access code from your organisation or the Ofuq team, for a period shown in the app. There are no payments in the app today; before paid subscriptions launch we will publish the price and terms, and you will never be charged without your consent.

When Premium ends you return to the free version and your progress is kept.

Your account

You must be 13 or older; users under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your password secret. One account per person.

Community conduct

Be respectful. Bullying, abuse, hate speech, inappropriate content, advertising, impersonation and sharing other people's data without permission are not allowed.

You can report any content or member and block any member. We may hide violating content or permanently ban violating accounts, and we report child-exploitation content to the authorities.

Content

Lessons, scenarios and games belong to the company and may not be copied or sold without permission.

What you post stays yours; you allow us to display it inside the app.

AI coach

AI-coach replies are learning prompts and may be wrong. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but cannot guarantee it, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Ending use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from «أنا» → «حذف الحساب».
