Inside the app (fastest)

Open the «أنا» tab → «حذف الحساب» → type «حذف» to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What is deleted

Your account, profile and photo, progress, points and badges, answers, reflections and goals, posts, comments and messages, and AI-coach conversations.

Aggregated statistics of a programme you joined may remain without any link to your name. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days.

Cannot sign in?

Email us at privacy@ofuqapp.com from the email on your account and ask for deletion; we complete requests within 7 days.
